Pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), the FNOPI (hereinafter the “Federation”) in its capacity as “Controller” of the processing, whose identification elements are indicated below, are required to provide some information regarding the use of your personal data.

In relation to the purposes outlined above, the data you submit and we collect do not require your direct consent as propaedeutic purposes outlined above. Should you wish to modify the aforementioned consent, you are free to exercise this right.

Scope of “internal” circulation of data

The data can be used by the Federation’s personnel who have been assigned a specific role and who have been given adequate operational instructions in order to avoid loss, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing of the data. Your personal data will be made accessible only to those who, within the organization, need it because of their job or hierarchical position.

Data Processors

Third parties who carry out instrumental activities on behalf of the Federation may also use the data; the latter act as data processors, also operating through their own processors and in any case under the direction and control of the Order.

Categories of processed data

The personal data that concern you and that will be processed for the purposes indicated in the previous page, fall into the following categories:

  • personal data;
  • special data;

Modalities of use of personal data

The data are treated Federation – owner of the treatment – only with methods and procedures, including computer and telematics, strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above. For some activities we use subjects of our trust – who perform on our behalf tasks of technical or organizational nature, acting as managers and / or processors under the direction and control of the Federation in its capacity as owner; the same do the subjects already indicated in this statement to which the data are communicated as autonomous owners. The required consent includes, therefore, also the modalities, procedures, communications and transfers here indicated. The list of all the above-mentioned subjects is constantly updated and you can know it easily and free of charge by asking the Federation, where you can also know the list of the existing Managers, as well as more detailed information about the subjects that maybecome aware of the data as authorized internal.

Data retention

Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described in this information notice, and as prescribed by the regulations in force.

Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to the Regulations, you may assert the following rights:

You have the right to know, at any time, what your data are at the individual data controllers, i.e. at the Federation or at the above-mentioned entities to which we communicate them, and how they are used, as well as to receive any copies thereof i.e. the right of access pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulations;

You also have the following rights:

  • right to rectification of your Personal Data [art. 16 of the Regulations] (you have the right to rectification of inaccurate Personal Data concerning you);
  • the right to erasure of your Personal Data without undue delay (“right to be forgotten”) [art. 17 of the Regulation] (you have the right to have your data erased);
  • right to restriction of processing of one’s Personal Data in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, including in case of unlawful processing or contestation of the accuracy of Personal Data by the data subject [art. 18 of the Regulation];
  • right to data portability [art. 20 of the Regulation], the data subject may request his/her Personal Data in a structured format in order to transmit it to another controller, in the cases provided for by the same article;
  • right to object to the processing of his/her Personal Data [art. 21 of the Regulation] (the data subject has the right to object to the processing of his/her Personal Data);
  • the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making processes, [art. 22 of the Regulation] (the data subject has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing).

To exercise your rights, as well as for more detailed information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated and / or transferred or who become aware of them as managers or agents, you can contact our office for the feedback: email privacy@fnopi.it.

With the aforementioned modalities you may, at any time, with regard to the purposes for which consent is required, revoke the consent given without the revocation affecting the legitimacy of the processing carried out previously. Finally, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data if you believe that your rights have not been respected or that you have not received a response to your requests in accordance with the law.
